The door is reportedly open for Arsenal to sign the £31 million-rated Paris Saint-Germain winger, Goncalo Guedes (via The Metro).

A number of English sides have now moved in the market and it seems that the door is open for Arsenal to do the same.
The Gunners have been strongly linked with the signing of Julian Draxler in recent months but it seems that another Paris Saint-Germain player is a potential target.
Reports in Spain suggest that Arsenal are clear to sign the £31 million-rated winger, Goncalo Guedes who is currently on-loan at Valencia.
The Portuguese has scored three goals in 13 league appearances for the Spanish side this season and has certainly impressed.
Theo Walcott has been strongly linked with a move away from Arsenal in recent weeks which could open the door for an incoming signing out wide. However, it’s doubtful whether Cuedes could be that man. The 21-year-old is represented by Jorge Mendes, an agent who Arsenal have reportedly refused to deal with in recent years.
